We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing & Strategy to lead our Marketing team and coordinate the strategy efforts of the Energy business unit. The ideal candidate will be leading the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing and content plans, and collaborate closely with the sales team and offering experts to ensure cohesive strategies. In parallel he/she will be articulating our strategy into effective execution plans, to keep our business on a healthy growth path.
This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication and writing skills, a deep customer focus, strong understanding of go-to-market strategies in a B2B context, a strategic mindset and a deep interest for the energy sector. If you want to have an impact, this role is for you!
What you’ll do
- Go-to-market: contribute to the go-to-market strategy, with the relevant stakeholders, and be a key contributor in our market segmentation (addressing different stages of the buyer’s journey), strategic positioning, channel selection, and pricing strategy;
- Market research and intelligence: Conduct deep dives into market research and competitive landscapes, ensuring our offerings align with market needs;
- Measure and analyze marketing performance: Track key metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize our product marketing efforts;
- Copywriting and content development: Write and coordinate product messaging and (technical) content to support both internal and external communication across various channels and media;
- Content strategy: Keep a close look at industry insights and trends to inform and shape the content plan. Conduct content audit, provide insights to support strengthen brand positioning and support building a compelling brand presence;
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and optimize go-to-market strategies;
- Contribution to Events and Campaigns: Provide support to the marketing team in the consistent messaging and strategy on events, such as product launches, brochures, landing page, booth design;
- Strategy Definition and Execution: Contribute to the shaping of N-SIDE Energy strategy and ensure its proper execution.
About you
- You have a Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business and/or Marketing;
- 10+ years of proven experience in Sales, Marketing, Strategy or similar role;
- Strong background in the Energy sector is a must;
- Experience in a B2B tech company is an asset;
- Advanced skills in developing detailed buyer personas and mapping customer journeys;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset;
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- Fluent in English;
- Travel: 10%.
