Position description
The Washington Minimester Director is responsible for all administrative and academic components of the Washington Minimester program, including enrollment, budgets, financial aid, scheduling, and conducting the program.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop program budget
- Supervise the distribution of financial aid
- Conduct the Washington Minimester program (PSC 6160) during the last two weeks of May and the first week of June
- Conduct program evaluations and utilize them to develop the subsequent program
- Write and submit to the college and university administration an annual report at the conclusion of the program
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Ph.D. in Political Science with extensive teaching experience in American Government and program administration; ability to recruit high-level Washington political elites to participate in program seminars
