As the Global SEO Team Manager, you will lead the company’s global organic search strategy across multiple brands and markets. You’ll join a dynamic and collaborative marketing department, working closely with content, brand, UX, CRM, paid media, and product teams. Reporting directly to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving Gaming1’s online visibility and business growth through SEO and ASO excellence.
YOUR ROLE
- Define and lead a unified global SEO and ASO strategy aligned with business and marketing goals;
- Prioritize the SEO roadmap across content, technical, and off-page pillars;
- Identify growth opportunities through market, competitor, and keyword analysis;
- Set KPIs, targets, and forecasts in collaboration with marketing leadership;
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Content, UX, Product, CRM, Paid Media) to ensure SEO supports the full acquisition funnel;
- Manage relationships with SEO agencies, overseeing deliverables such as link-building, audits, and technical consultancy;
- Monitor performance, analyze data, and produce actionable insights to drive continuous improvement;
- Stay ahead of Google updates, AI-driven tools, and emerging SEO trends to foster innovation;
- Lead and develop a multi-market SEO team, ensuring knowledge sharing, alignment, and professional growth.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communication, or related field;
- 5+ years in SEO, including 2+ years in a leadership role;
- Expert in technical and content SEO, with strong analytical and strategic abilities;
- Proficient in GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and GTM;
- English (C2), French or Spanish a plus;
- Strategic, collaborative, data-driven, and innovative leader who thrives under pressure.
